Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle used as packaging for the goods and featuring coloring and wording elements. The bottle is tall and cylindrical with mostly straight vertical sides. The bottle tapers in a slight curve into a narrower, cylindrical neck two thirds from the overall distance to the base. Dotted lines represent the overall shape of the bottle, neck, and cap closure, and are not claimed as features of the mark. The cap and neck of the bottle have a reflective finish silver in color, but their separation is shown by a red horizontal band appearing a third of the way down the neck from the top. The rest of the bottle is clear uncolored glass, so color is not claimed for this transparent portion. The word "VODKA" appears in large black letters in the middle of the bottle.
