Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the stylized wording "BUTCHER & THE BURGER" "CHI" and "USA" as well as the stylized depictions of a cow, pig, chicken, fish, cheeseburger, knife, cleaver, wheat stalk, and butcher. The wording "BUTCHER" "&" "CHI" and "USA" as well as the depiction of the pig, chicken, fish, cheeseburger, wheat stalk, cleaver and knife are surrounded by a rectangle with angled corners. The rectangle is divided by a ribbon containing the wording "THE BURGER" and having two rolled ends, inside which the left one appears the depiction of the face of a butcher and inside which the right one appears the depiction of the head of a cow.
