The mark consists of a circular medallion, shaded in blue, with an inner ring of gold. Inside the inner ring is the image of a happy boy riding a motorcycle through the mountains. The boy has black hair, light-brown skin, white teeth, black and white eyes, and other facial features outlined in black. The boy is wearing a brown shaded hat, outlined in black, with a green feather, outlined in black, a black and white striped shirt, and brown pants, outlined in black. A smiling orange and yellow sun, outlined in black, with black-outlined facial features, is shining to the left of the boy's head.
